+ Absolutely Ridiculous

Absolutely Ridiculous and Clemson Baseball joined forces in 2024. To kick it off, AR’s Director of Culture (and New York Yankees All-Star infielder) Jazz Chisholm Jr. paid a visit to Doug Kingsmore stadium.

This trip remains one of my all time favorites and the content created propelled the partnership to be a highlight of the season.

Content Campaign Direction, Photography, Editing

Film photography anchored much of our photo content. We wanted it to feel like a fun field trip so we relied on disposable cameras for our photography and worked with a film development house here in Nashville for developing it.

A practice isn’t complete without breaking it down.

Absolutely Ridiculous – Artemis

To coincide with NASA’s Artemis II mission, the only way launching our piece made sense was to do it like the actual rocket launch. This meant releasing it on the same day and same time as the real life liftoff.

As for the imagery, design cues from NASA’s official imagery and press-kit were translated and made our own, with color palettes and environments to match and light streaks galore.

The “pixel drag” effect gave the sliding mitt a sense of motion. These were made in March 2026, a few months before the effect went mainstream and hit critical mass.

Evan Carter – Stockyards

When it came to the campaign for Evan Carter’s signature sliding mitt release, we knew that incorporating Texas into the look was the only way to go. We spent the day with the Texas Rangers outfielder at the Fort Worth Stockyards, capturing the sights and sounds of what Evan has called home since 2023.

Concept, Art Direction, Photography, Post-production

We spent a good few hours walking around, using the stockyards as our set. I love shooting on location and doing things “for real” as much as possible.

Our color palette and grain profile was inspired by old western films and vintage western wear ads.
